VonDoom 07-04-2009 12:07 AM

Zaki Shafqat 08-06-2009 01:41 PM

one question: how can i change the background colour of the table? i don't want the simple white? I want the background skin colour in this Navbar that i am using in other 2 :D

Thanks in advance

deadlySniper 08-24-2009 02:10 AM

To get the background colour different. Look for the code with "background:{000000}".

sargatanas 08-25-2009 09:29 AM

you can actually put more navbar right?

You can use it for whatever you want, and yeah you add more cells.

Deadlysniper, i have a question.

Is it possible to remove the small gap between the navbar and the extra navbar?

yotsume 09-11-2009 08:08 AM

Can you post examples of how to make each link into drop menus?

Thanks!

Wrams 09-13-2009 11:37 AM

Works perfect. However I did change the hover affect and kept it white but still nice mod. ;)

To change the background colour go into where you placed the code and look for in that section background-color: #000000; and change it to what ever you want. I changed mine to #FFFFFF White. and also made it so it opens in a new blank page rather then taking the member away from my forums.

deadlySniper 02-07-2010 02:07 AM

Sorry for the long responses, I had some family and personal issues I had to deal with. Please expect some new and updated releases from me.

Feanor_87 02-08-2010 03:10 AM

Wow, great mod!! :)

Is there anyway to add drop-downs to it?

NukeOZ 02-08-2010 09:44 AM

Great Mod, Thanks.

Just another ? is it easy to change the color of the text? Can it also be made Bold?:confused: At the Moment when i hover over the text turns red.

Please Ignore the above Questions as I should have guessed that to change the color of the text it has to be done in the main CCS of the template used.
For those that don't know where this is, go to admincp - styles - Main CCS ( in drop down menu) - then look at Body CCS ( first Block ) change the hover Link CCS to what ever color you desire. - SAVE.
Remember this will change all hover over links to the color you have chosen.

Anyway thanks again for a great Mod.:up:

Jaske 05-10-2010 06:56 PM

Just what I've been looking for!! Although I couldn't find it in my "navbar" (placed in "header") and it pushed my forums and home page down when placed directly under the <!-- / nav buttons bar --> it's a great mod. I just placed it at the very bottom of the code and it worked great. Thanks!!

Hey guys,

this mod is great, thank you. I just have two questions. It's really important for me...

1.) I want to change the background of whole extra navbar to "red". Buf if change value at "background-color:" it only changes color, when i put my mouse on the link, but the navbar stays with old color.

2.) How to change the color of the links to white. I just want new color for links in this extra navbar and not on my whole forum? Any suggestions?

thanks in advance

maxell666 05-27-2010 03:26 PM

can someone please help me?

maxell666 05-28-2010 02:53 PM

ok, thanks for your help. this is what i did so far (background is black and links are white)...

http://img267.imageshack.us/img267/883/extranavbar.jpg

But i have still problem with this white border and i have no idea, how to make it black? any idea?

this my code for extra navbar...

Code:

<tr><td>
<!-- nav buttons bar -->
<!-- PAGENAV POPUP -->

<style type="text/css">
.adv{margin:0 auto;}
.adv td{padding:0;}
.adv a{padding:6px 0 3px;height:20px;display:block;text-align:center;text-decoration:none;background-color:#000000;color: white;}.adv a:hover{background-color:#000000;}.adv a span{display:none;}
</style>
<table class="tborder adv" cellpadding="6" cellspacing="1" border="0" width="100%" align="center"><tr>

<td class="alt1" width="11%">
<a href="http://sitelink.com">Your Link here?</a>

</td>

<td class="alt1" width="14%">
<a href="http://sitelink.com">Your Link here?</a></td>

<td class="alt1" width="12%">
<a href="http://sitelink.com">Your Link here?</a></td>

<td class="alt1" width="16%">
<a href="http://sitelink.com">Your Link here?</a></td>

<td class="alt1" width="15%">
<a href="http://sitelink.com">Your Link here?</a></td>

<td class="alt1" width="14%">
<a href="http://sitelink.com">Your Link here?</a></td>

<td class="alt1" width="18%">
<a href="http://sitelink.com">Your Link here?</a></td>

</tr>
</table>
</td></tr>

maxell666 05-30-2010 02:02 PM

please?

RobbieZ 05-30-2010 06:34 PM

What is your CSS table border colour ?

AdminCP>Styles & Templates> GO - scroll down till you find CSS Selector: .tborder

It looks like this

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2010/05/13.jpg

Right hand box is probably what is making your borders white.

maxell666 05-30-2010 07:23 PM

First, thank you for your help. After your sugestion, i change tb.border in admin panel. Here, how it looks now...

http://img688.imageshack.us/img688/1336/editk.jpg

But there was just small change on the extra navbar and there is still white border inside. Take a look (i made the photo bigger)...

http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/9205/extranav2.jpg

Any idea how to make it completely black?

RobbieZ 05-30-2010 07:37 PM

Here you go, dont know why I didnt spot it before.

Code:

.adv a{padding:6px 0 3px;height:20px;display:block;text-align:center;text-decoration:none;background-color:#000000;color: white;}.adv a:hover{background-color:#000000;}.adv a span{display:none;}
I was looking for hex, lol : Change the 'white' to 'black'

Lets see what that does. Maybe font colour , not sure.
