this is C-Logic SEO 1.0.3 Beta which is also Stable!

So im going to keep this pretty short as time is not cheap as you all know!

About C-Logic SEO:
C-logic SEO is a creation by me for all the vb users that wish to have a better url system, its very basic yet completly complex, C-Logic SEO contains the programming needed to rewrite your urls and making them more user friendly and search engine friendlier!

Program Changes:
* Explorer login error should be fixed now!
* Changes in the core code for better reliability
* System cleaning, less queries should run a bit faster now!
* Some changes have now been made to C-logic SEO for new features to be implemented on the next release!
* Version checker was also added!

C-Logic Features:

* 301 Redirect
* Dynamic User Messages
* Meta Tag's Keywords
* Meta Tag's Descriptions
* URL Mod_Rewrite
* URL Dynamic Rewrite
* Stop Words

thats about it so far so its not very big but thats how i like them small and FAST!

features to come:

* SiteMap 50%
* Linkback 80%
* Ad managment 2%

i will release a new version soon but remember this is still in its beta testing so bugs may be found!

support will only be provided for now on my forum so please only ask your questions on there!

Friendly URL's seems nice, but it makes it very difficult to share friendly URL links of posts in private sections. People can read the titles of the URL.

The Demo can be found on my forum as it is using this mod you will be able to see it in action there!

as for branding free you would have to ask on the forum for more info!

if anyone finds or gets any problems with this mod please do ask for support on my forum all new updates will be placed up on there 1 week before it comes here!

well vbseo just like tfseo and zoints are all SEO systems you should not use more than one!

if you are using another seo system all i can really say is to set up a demo forum and test all the seo programes on here and decide which is best for your site but you should never use more than one at a time as it can cause damage to your site!

im not going to say mine is better than all the others and i believe none of the other SEO creators would either as all the SEO mods are differant and bring differant features to the table look through them all and decide what mod does what you want and then use that!

C-Logic does contain redirect 301 so if you change from another seo mod all your links will be redirected but other than that vbseo is nothing like c-logic seo! both have their strenth and weaknesses!

This is alot easier to manage then other product..Thank you :up:

Can you suggest any advice to the setting.I'm not good with seo and any suggestion is appreciated.

the only issue I'm facing is.And a member brought it up if you go to a thread and it has about 20 pages, so you click on "view first post" what it'll do is take them straight to the home page.How can i configure it, so it can take them to the recent post?

well view first post means to look at the very first post not the last or latest post but i will look into it! but like i said support will be on my site not here!

as for redirect this systems uses 301 redirect!

im glad you like it :D there will be an update pretty soon just a few more features to add and then ill be able to think about a full stable version all my beta's are stable but to get the beta's out of the way for the end product will be a great day my next release will be the last of the beta's making way for the end resault if you would like any features added please do let me know :D

it all depends on what you call help, seo's create friendlier urls this means they change the urls from

this showthread.php?p=1839945

to a far better descriptive url such as c-logic_seo_mod.html

having keywords in the url can give google the information to know whatthe page is about before they get there!

hahaha no no im not the creator of zoints, i was just the developer that got zoints working 90% on vb3.8, this is very similar to zoints but its not a copy of zoints.

C-Logic SEO is much faster, cleaner, safer and stronger i am use the same prinsiples in the urls as zoints but other than that its very differant most of my users are old zoints users so i thought it was important to make something that is easier to use but then a bit similar to zoints so that they can change over easier as my updates come things will change but in steps so that everyone can get used to them!

yeah i noticed a problem that is repaired in the next version all you do is

open the .htaccess file with notepad and replace everything with

and remember to make sure that you have changed the htaccess file from htaccess.txt to .htaccess

Is it possible you can make the Friendly URL even more friendly?

Like on the Simple Machine Forums, you are able to use Friendly URL's like:

URLHERE/forum/xxx-discussion/attack-coalition/
URLHERE/forum/xxx-discussion/some-questions-about-xxx-xxx-mod/

As you can see, it doesn't end with html in the end, nor does it add numbers.

I added the XXX so I won't advertise :)


PS:
I'm having an issue. When I hover over the categories on the forums, I'm getting: span-id-forumtitle-f4.html <- as an end URL result. How come it's not using the category/forum name? It happens to all sections. But when I click on it, the Span-ID-xxxx changes to esf-chat-f4.html. How come?

like noted a few times here i am not providing support on here support will only be provided on my forum!

as for the whos online part i can see no problem on my side be more detailed eg when a user is in what location does it show un-known location but put it on my forum!

i will not provide support for a beta unless its on the official site please do not ask your questions here!
