I'm getting this error on the profile page where the Status would be displayed. It's not displaying the VB Status correctly in the Last Activities spot. Is that for our eyes only? If you have any thoughts, greatly appreciated:

Current Activity: Unknown Location /vbstatus/vbstatus_ajax.php?doupdate=1&postid=24&userid=4&st atusupdate=here%20for%20moral% 20support...as%20a%20new%20member.

Strange it just vanished too.. I think it's just how it's displaying that someones last activity was actually updating their vb status field.

It's from vbplaza. Some of the edits to the profile ripped out the template around it.


Yes thats part of the vbstatus mod. I didn't mess with the any files other than the html so you shouldn't have any problems.

Just a note about this to those wondering. In the screen shot you will see 2 differences from the live demo.

One is the link under the profile picture. That only displays if the owner of the profile is viewing it.

The other is under the profile song (vbplaza only). Only if the profile owner is viewing the profile will they see the link that allows them to edit there tracks.

Helly, very nice mod, just wondering about the nonstatus mod or whatever it is called lol. I installed it, and it looks very nice, yet when i click on 'update picture' the link doesn't exist....


EDIT: Nevermind, i just read through the code and edited it to work. Thank you for the mod. :D

Member Profiles 2.0 has been updated to be more suitable for all users. The source has been cleaned slightly and is now usable by both users with or without vbplaza. If vbplaza is enabled, vbplaza options will be displayed. If vbplaza is disabled or not installed, the vbplaza settings in member profiles will be replaced with those that users without vbplaza see.

Screenshots of both a vbplaza profiles and a non vbplaza profile have been uploaded.

The Upload Profile Pic link has been fixed with a working link as well.

Sorry for the initial rush release. If you have this installed already, you may simply redownload the install files and just edit the MEMBERINFO template.

Open the read me with a browser like IE, Firefox or Chrome. It will tell you how to install.

This is 3.8 modifications, all of it is done manually.

That is quite a little monitor you have there, may be time for and upgrade. The profile is at a set width so that is what is causing your problem.

If you want to fix it, just edit the css to have the tables smaller. Just note that the 3 tables in the middle only have so much room that they can smooch together.

Edit this line in the css that you add:
#ecmemberinfo {width:975px;margin: 0 auto;}

Fix the width to what ever you'd like.

Uncompressed version:

Can you fix this for fixed (skinny) skins because it dosen't work. It goes all the way to the wide.

Yes. The template edit causes the template to be fixed at a set width. If you think it is to big, feel free to make it not so wide. You can do that by editing the css I listed above.

Have it match the same width as the other css.

Tbh, I didn't plan on posting it. I just made this for my site. I usually validate any real coding or designing I do but this was just something I threw together.

I'll see about releasing another version soon that is up to par.

I'm testing on localhost, then apply my site.

Just wondering if there was going to be an option added for Vbcredits also? :)
