I though I would try making some skins (quite obvious that im no good at it) but if you would like to share some articles or tips that could help me out feel free to.

Be sure to upload the images folder
UPDATE: Made some changes to make it look better

your welcome i would have done it better but im new to vbulletin styles and i would love to expand on my knowledge. I have done styles for myBB but vbulletin is a little bit different

Yes, link is broken. It's a "404 - PAGE NOT FOUND" page. ;)

Just a thing: your background image don't match on "repeat". You must have a background image that can repeat itself (the same image on both sides,horizontally and vertically) ;)

but it's a good start :)

Simply by creating an image which has the same end horizontally and the same end vertically. It's a bit hard to explain :D

You seem like a cool guy, willing to learn. I have the weekend off, so heres what I could do. If you add me on MSN at mikey@parlancia.com, I could have a go at teaching you the basics of making a very simple vBulletin skin, through coding and a few images. What timezone are you on? I'm GMT (currently BST), so I can't really start tonight.

Maybe even help you to improve this one, how's that sound?
