This is my new skin for my forum, but i have a ? for your, can i have some pictures on the left site and how can i ad them ?

I have a issuse in the navbar template, i dont know what i am doing wrong. I willl like the button forums to be the first from the left. Please se the image. And if your can tel me what i am missing her it will be nice.
