I need to know of an online, teenage/adult online radio. Preferably no commercials, just music streaming, but whatever. I need a link to the website. I may need a few, so please link me to it!

I've been using Grooveshark lately.

i use slacker.com to listen to radio on my blackberry, i think it is online too, real nice stuff.

I have Grooveshark, but I would like it so as soon as someone comes to one my forum pages, it starts playing one of my 25 songs randomly.

Can this be done?
