The header image is too big. Just the header is 163.49 KB. The entire home page, including the header, should be less then 100kb.

Also, I see your making pages w/ vbadvanced CMPS.
- You can change the file name used "cmps_index.php" to another name so long as you update the AdminCP setting on the page. (articles.php, documents.php, etc .. ) You can also have many instances of the file under different names.

AdminCP => vBa CMPS => Edit Pages
- Edit a page (select one)
-- Main Options
--- CMPS URL (The full URL to your CMPS file (originally named cmps_index.php)

Well there are values in the CSS file of the YUI tabs that is not translated correctly.

This may not be a problem on all browsers and ignored. You can play around and see if rips appart your layout or not by removing the entries in your CSS file.

Is a problem in your stats add-on "Cyb - Advanced Forum Statistics" if I am not mistaken. I have not done research on the problem but I think that is the source.

zoom is used to fix problems with IE and CSS .. This is something that is part of the CORE YUI CSS .. you can remove it, but end users with IE might have problems. It doesn't effect anything else as its only for IE interpretation..
