I have the same problem, I can't get any visibility on the favicon.ico. I have a custom developed template, is that it? Click my forum below to see.

Try clearing your cache and restarting your browser. |
Try using this in your headinclude template at the bottom of it:
HTML Code:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://www.yoursite.com/favicon.ico" > HTML Code:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://www.yoursite.com/favicon.ico" > FREE XXX AMATEUR |
There really is no need for added code.... pace it in the root folder and your done.

I have put our organizations favicon.ico in the web root and it still displays the vBulletin favicon even though I have removed it from the site. There must be conditional code somewhere that really wants the winged V.
I will try the code trick to see if that takes care of it. --------------- Added [DATE]1238534023[/DATE] at [TIME]1238534023[/TIME] --------------- That did not work either. My site is http://mb.nawcc.org. The favicon file is the one that is also used here http://nawcc.org If anyone knows what is going on I would love to hear it. |
