Click "Costum BB codes > Add new code"

Then enter following into colums

Title : Veoh vid
Codename : Veoh
Replacement : Example : '[Veoh]v16399770t74ty4yN[/Veoh]'
Description : Use : no
Buttonimg : Link to attachment (used to easy acces in posts)
rest : no or as suited.

Added img for those who want a botton : Attachment 95188

You might want ot remove the links at the botton of the code,
but left them there for copyright issues from VeohTm

What did you use to create your side bar (navigation) / (polls) etc, on your website ?

im using vBadvanced 3.1.0
and the navigation is the one named Yet another navigation module
Except i changed it a little, so depending on which usergroup
they have different items in the menu..

Are you not leaving yourself open to copyright infringement by posting full length videos on your site ?

Or, is it into the grey area we had with You Tube ?

Howewer this is a BBC program, and ive seen they sometimes claim
their rrights on Veoh, so if they claim they dont want it shared they
will remove it from veoh, thos also removing it from all sites linking their
videos..

My "gues" is its a gray area, just like google videos, which also allow
full length movies hostet..

Cool - I think I'm going to "explore" this some more...I have a members only premium area, so I need to work out how I can limit the bbcode to premium usergroups only...any idea ?

Around the replacement code.. NOT SURE IT WILL WORK..
but its worth a try.. replace the number 2 with the group with acces
if several groups just add like this 2, 5, 7, etc..

If it works great, if it dosent. ahm.. well yeah.. :p

Thanks. My one issue with this is that unlike Youtube and Google embeds, the Veoh player seems to start whenever the page loads. If you have a page where there's multiple videos or the video is not in line with the main point of discussion, this can be problematic. I examined the code but couldn't find what was making it start the embedded video without clicking play. Is there a way to force a user to play it before it plays?

Can't use it until this gets resolved, because users are complaining about the fact their speakers are essentially hijacked any time they load a page with a video embedded in one of the posts.

Well im using hide / show code around it, so whenever a veoh video is postet
te post shows a [show] botton.
And dont think this will change anytime soon, it is becourse of the player
loaded to play the files, you could change the address of the player but
not sure videos play then..
