Actually, having checked, it would appear that is is being televised live by the BBC (11pm onwards) - but I doubt we will get your adverts. :)

You know I am all about the game today. I want the Cardinals to win but think the Steelers will take it. Protecting Kurt Warner will be key.

I will be getting drunk off of Knob Creek and Bulleit Bourbon, then probably enjoying a random amount of commercials. If they're anything like last year, I'll never watch a Superbowl again.

Americian football players are a lot bigger than Rugby or footy players.

Average height: 6 feet, Average weight: 227+ pounds...

Then when they take all their gear off, 4 foot 2 and 110 pounds :D

Compare that with this guy, who's had major reconstructive surgery to his nose, but 2 hours out the hospital he's playing Rugby, and getting a right kicking.

There's been some pretty good commercials this year. My fav so far has been the Dorito's Crystal Ball Commercial. WOW! Now that was funny.

Not watched a game since the Bears did "The Super Bowl Shuffle" back in 1985.

Well whoever watched the game got to enjoy a game for the ages. That was an instant classic with a great finish and plenty of big plays and drama all around. If you didn't enjoy that game and appreciate it merely from the competitive nature then football will never be for you.

Man, I was one off. I predicted a 28 - 23 win.. even though I wanted the Cardinals to win it, basically because the Steelers have won it what, seven times now? And AZ has never played more than one playoff game other than this year? I could be off, I'm not a big football guy, and I'm a little tipsy off of what my previous post said I would be.

That was a good game, I enjoyed it. :D

Not really excited about the teams this year, but add a "wee dram of scotch" and it all turns out fine. LOL!!

During the Superbowl, I was relaxing in a heated pool in Palm Springs and hanging out with 15 friends. Its a yearly retreat... No television, no cellphones, no internet, and most importantly no kids.

I understand that Pittsburgh won.. Didn't even know who was playing until Friday though. Now I have to go look up all the commercials on Youtube because that is the only important thing about the Super Bowl in my book.
