Name: Admin Control Panel Session Timeout Exceptions - Version: 3.8.100

Description:

• This product can except some staff members from "Admin Control Panel Timout", so they can stay logged in Admin Control Panel and not forced to re-login every hour after inactivity as default vBulletin behaviour.
• As every admin know, if he didn't do something in his Administrator Control Panel through an hour, then he will be logged out automatically, also if he closed the browser & open a new one later & try to acces ACP. In both cases he will requested to re-login to the ACP also if he is still logged in the forum itself (The forum not the ACP). It's a security hardening that vBulletin apply on the AdminCP. But there is some Administrators that hate this routine & hope they can stay online in their ACP as soon as they're already logged in the forum. That's why this product comes out. It will allow Administration to determine which staff members should use this product & be excepted from the default vBulletin routine & still logged in their ACP as soon as they're logged in the forum itself.

I Get and error , no showing th admincp.

Never maind I have place this { at the and ad now work.

Is no way that I can make this mod work .

I make this work I deleted the last ! from the script and is working.

i also installed it, and deleted it after a while cuz of having troubles with any thread options (Moderation)! if i want to put 2 threads together, u need to login, then it goes back to the root with the error that i want to do a not allowed action! same with moving threads/posts!

It should work for every one if instructions followed carefully.


You've to take care of the simple-one-step edit step.
If you do the edit in a wrong way it will display an error of course, but if not it will work more than fine. It's fully tested on all 3.7.x/3.8.x versions & proved to work very fine.

I had the mod created for me by Solidsnake and it not only works but works perfectly and has for eons on all versions up till now.

Work almost perfect.

The only problem i have are with LogOut !!!

When i Try to LogOut from adminCP, the PopUp appear i press OK but redirect me to AdminCP with out make LogOut.

any idea????

hey, there's something going wrong with this, idk if its a conflict in a another plugin yet, but its logging me out like every 1-2 minutes.

i will update IF i figure out whats going on

LMFAO atleast i had the timing right with 1-2 minutes xD

i edited my Session Timeout before to 30 minutes and changed it back to 15 minutes but when i put 900

...i forgot a zero xD

so yup was being logged out every 1.5 minutes lol

but yeah its working great now thanks
