Quick Admin Tools v2.0
1 Attachment(s)
Author: SnowBot (Snowy @ SocialSpace Description: This simply will add a navigation menu in the admincp with the most used functions added to it. It will save you from scrolling down the admincp navigation menu all the time when doing the most common tasks. These are what i consider the most used, they may not be the same for you but i will add/delete options if any member can not do it themselves. Features:
Add User View Infractions Style Manager Add New Forum Product Manager Download / Upload Plugins Add New Notice Database Backup Install: Upload cpnav_quickadmin.xml To forum/includes/xml/ Refresh the admincp (F5) DONE! Scrrenshot Is from the old version BUT you get the idea! This version will only work with vb 3.8.x as the menus are not the same For my old 3.5.x version see this thread |
Quick, simple and sweet...
What I like best is I edited the link to the style manager to go directly to show all templates. That alone saves 3 clicks. |

Great Idea,
Installed and works perfectly. One more thing to make my lazy @ss a little more Lazy. Thanks :) |
Hello!
I have installed it... SIMPLE install, and it works great! THANK YOU! I do have one question... Is there a way to change out the default menu a bit? IE: Add Banned user-group in place of one of the other options; User Banning Options in place of something else? I looked quickly and didn't see where/if I could swap out a couple. I NEVER use the notices funtcion (I have it disabled); and I don't ever "add new users" manually, since I want them to join with verification of email. I looked around and didn't see the instruction for this (IF I can do this). Thanks again for a great Mod.... Best Regards, Barb:) www.justusparents.com |

Just open up the .xml File and change Code:
<navoption> <phrase>add_new_notice</phrase> <link>notice.php?do=add</link> </navoption> |
