Your favourite Clown Thread?

They can make you laugh, whilst some can make you cry whilst others can attempt to give you the heeby jeebies.

Who's your Favourite clown and why.

Mine has to be krusty the clown for due to his hilariously unfunny punchlines and his treatment towards sideshow bob.

It had the opposite effect for me... now whenever I see a circus clown I pay attention in anticipation of when he will switch persona to the 'evil' side. :D

... and am disappointed when it does not happen. :(

Pierrot, the famous clown originating from Commedia dell'Arte - he wasn't your stanadard stereotype clown, he taught children how the consequences of not respecting their elders.

Quote:

He is seen as a fool, always the butt of pranks, yet nonetheless trusting. Pierrot is also portrayed as moonstruck, distant and oblivious to reality.
Poor Pierrot, he always got the blunt end of the stick cause he never learned anything.

Funny, clowns were always sad individuals to me, hiding behind some disguise as if they were projecting their innermost emotions through some sort of artistic expression.

Nah, clowns are just plain evil.

I never understood why grown people dressed up like that - even as a child.

GSeybold 12-21-2008 02:44 AM

Favorite clown? My ex! Small penis... smells like cabbage. LOL Is penis allowed here? And the cabbage.. an Austin Powers reference. Half of this is true... Tee hee

Michael Biddle 12-21-2008 06:51 AM

Yucko the clown. I will not post a link, but if you youtube it, watch the one that is about 10-15 minutes long. Not really work friendly either.
