Blank Page in subscriptions logs
Hey I have this problem so I can't check my subscriptions Logs and I really need it enabled...
When ever i click on either >Transaction Log or >Transaction Stats It loads like a blank page (check Screenshot) Screenshot: http://i35.tinypic.com/24vmhie.png I don't know could be causing this, it use to be working, I even tried re uploading the subscription Like Everything else works such as Subscription Manager Add New Subscription Subscription Permissions Payment API Manager Test Communication So What can I do to fix this? |
To troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server. |
Yeah i just upgraded to 3.7.4 Patch 1 or what ever... I will try disabling the plugins now :)
EDIT: Still not working with plugins disabled |
Marco's second suggestion was to reupload the files. Did you try that?
Also, you may want to check your error_logs and see if anything is in there. |
I just upgraded to 3.7.4 Patch 1 yesterday like 2 hours before i replied :P

So? It could be that a file was not uploaded correctly/completely. It happens all the time to users who then have this sort of problem/error. So, try reuploading the files and also check the error_logs.

The files are completely uploaded i have done it a few times... im not that good with VB but i know some what...
where are the error_logs :$ |
Your logs are typically in your root folder - on the same level as your public_html folder.

Thanks
Edit: wat are they called lol |

I dont see any logs :| and its Linux
no folders or anything with log on it :S |
Maybe ask your host about them. He should know where they are.
Maybe you should try downloading a new vbulletin package in case something is wrong with your subscription.php page. Also, have you tried disabling your plugins and seeing if that fixes it? Or, have you tried using a different browser to see if you get the same problem? Or, have you tried using a test account - promote them to admin and give them permissions to see that page - then see if they have the same problem. |
Like i said i just upgraded VB and i have replaced the file many times trying to fix it..
also no other staff member on my site can see it :( |
Hello still getting this problem :(
|
