so i code this hack for vb 3.7.x

Description:
Allows you to expand/collapse the first, last or first unread post of a thread from FORUMDISPLAY and search results without the need to load the entire thread.

for using :
click the expand icon [+] in front of the thread title to expand, and the collapse icon [-] to collapse.

install:

download the hack from Attachments
Extract file content
you will see
forum
and
product

upload all files in folder forum to your vb Dir

import the hack from admincp ......

enjoy

The "loader" just keeps going and going... All files are properly uploaded and the XML is installed.
Anyone else experiencing problems?

the 3.6 works fine for me on 3.8 so what for realeasing thins ?

Just FYI this mod should be upgraded to latest jquery as it works with only old version.

Second this mod is not prototype or other jS platform safe. this causes errors with others with the $ construct. Same issue with MGC chatbox which is now fixed just want to let you guys know.

I still have the 3.6 version modified to work with latest jquery and platform safe but wont release it as it is someone else's work etc so not sure what is going on in this thread about a copy.
