The banner ... sucks. Sorry, it just doesn't look good, too basic. Looks like it was done in MS Paint.

I don't like the default icons there, either (the new posts and no new posts).

Hmm.. Normally I'd say you have too many sections, but you seem to have lots of posts in each, so it should be fine. But it may still overwhelm new people, so I suggest merging some, or deleting some.

Rest looks good, though.

Winter... you have an unusual way of coming across quite blunt in the beginnig but then make up for it by the end lofl.... remind me of myself ;)

I have to agree about the Banner, there's no other way to put it though but don't take it too hard.

Also go ahead and invest in a style :D

Ya, the banner is horrible. I suggest hiring a banner designer for your forum.

Just out of curiosity, why do you state at the top of the page that COPPA requires 13 years and younger to have their parents to register for them using their parents birthday, and then tell them not to falsify their age? Isn't that a little confusing? If their parents are registering for them using their parents birthday, then the birthday is going to be incorrect for the child, is it not?

Not to mention, how do you get the required consent form from parents if they're registering under their birthday and not going into the COPPA user group?

True, our old banners werent too professional, but I think we did a nice job on the ones we have now. =]

Your site seems pretty big though.

Wow, how did you manage to do it?

We opened up end of October =] There are a few sites out there similar to ours, and those members are always happy to join multiple forums. So part of it is our 400 members, the other part is people staying on our site. We are glad to see people do enjoy our site. =]

Wow I wished my site can accomplised that much like yours. Mine is opened in end Sept but my progress is really slow..

You mean to say that you all sort of made an agreement with a few other sites and help out one another by post on each other forums?

Not exactly. The other sites have a lot of members, lot of friends, friends tell friends, and so on.
