That's it!
For more styling add this to the "additional CSS" located in Main CSS.

Code:

        background: #xxxxxx;
        color: #xxxxxx;
        /* #xxxxxx*/
}
.alt1 a:link, .alt1_alink, .alt1Active a:link, .alt1Active_alink
{
        color: #xxxxxx;
}
.alt1 a:visited, .alt1_avisited, .alt1Active a:visited, .alt1Active_avisited
{
        color: #xxxxxx;
}
.alt1 a:hover, .alt1 a:active, .alt1_ahover, .alt1Active a:hover, .alt1Active a:active, .alt1Active_ahover
{
        color: #xxxxxx;
}
.alt2, .alt2Active
{
        background: #xxxxxx;
        color: #xxxxxx;
}
.alt2 a:link, .alt2_alink, .alt2Active a:link, .alt2Active_alink
{
        color: #xxxxxx;
}
.alt2 a:visited, .alt2_avisited, .alt2Active a:visited, .alt2Active_avisited
{
        color: #xxxxxx;
}
.alt2 a:hover, .alt2 a:active, .alt2_ahover, .alt2Active a:hover, .alt2Active a:active, .alt2Active_ahover
{
        color: #xxxxxx;
}

Remember to replace "xxxxxx" with your forums style colours.

Enjoy!

aryshi 10-15-2008 10:57 PM

allow to modify the title of thread in the forumdisplay

ssslippy 10-15-2008 10:57 PM

That's how you change the title of a thread. Its part of the default vbulletin.

dannykilla 10-15-2008 11:21 PM

Ok I have had a look on settings and I cant see where this option is?
How do I do perform the change title ?

aryshi 10-15-2008 11:54 PM

by click doble near the title in forumdisply : )

Ok I have fixed the issue with the "Change Title Thread Bit" simply replace the code I posted with this:

Code:

<td id="td_threadtitle_$thread[realthreadid]" class="alt1Active" onmouseout="this.className='alt1Active';" onmouseover="this.className='alt2Active';" title="">
**Also updated first post too!

1. It should highlight the whole row and
2. Clicking in a forum description area should open this forum but clicking on a subforum should only open this subforum.

Would be nice to have this :-)

dannykilla 10-19-2008 10:07 AM

1. Working on this!
2. Do not understand what you mean?

Hornstar 10-21-2008 06:30 AM

I think for 2 he means that when you click on the area beside the text, the blank black area, it would be nice if that was linkable as well (I've seen other sites have this done before)

demo not working

DragonMasterNYC 11-02-2008 12:19 AM

For the extra CSS could you give me an idea of witch colors I should use. Also I'm trying to understand what this adds.

Leo Brazil 11-03-2008 10:19 AM

Works nice but just one thing, when you select threads or posts to be moderated the typical highlights were gone.

GSeybold 11-07-2008 06:18 AM

working like a charm! Thanks!

GSeybold 11-07-2008 06:21 AM

Hello
I just checked my moderation and it's working fine-my moderation highlights come up fine.

GSeybold 11-07-2008 06:25 AM

FYI if you don't already know this :) -it does change the text color of the forum description when it's on mouseover but subforum links or text colors do not change. I guess the extra CSS would take care of this?

Strange...I double checked all my edits and they're fine. In fact the moderation highlights works fine but thread name column.

Edit: Are you using any additional CSS for this mod ?

GSeybold 11-08-2008 08:07 AM

Hi Leo
No I'm not using additional CSS. You may want to check the threadbit code again as I orginally had problems with that part and ended up reverting and then redo. After a second round, it worked fine. Go figure?

bisbos 01-25-2009 07:20 PM

not workin for me
