Description:

This will add a CMPS block to your vBadvanced CMPS portal page.
It will display the "Top Posters" based on post count in your vBulletin forums.

Features:

• Username link to profile.
• Post count link to show all posts by the member.
• Top Posters Count
• Hide Posts Count
• Top Poster Avatars
• Top Poster Avatar width
• Top Poster Avatar height
• Ignore Users to show in top posters list
• Ignore UserGroups to show in top posters list
• Username HTML Markup (fetch_musername)
• Uses exec_switch_bg (Reads $bgclass and returns the alternate table class)
• only 1 query
• Top Posters in the Last X Days

NOTE: vB Optimise: vBAdvanced Integration
Cache vBAdvanced Module: Top Posters
if you turned this option to yes than this module generates 0 query

Top Posters in the Last X Days Examples:
1 (day) = Today's Top Posters
7 (days) = Top Posters of the Week
30 (days) = Top Posters of the Month
365 (days) = Top Posters of the Year
0 (no limit) = Overall Top Posters

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

Go to your Forums -> Admincp -> vBa CMPS / Download -> Upload Module -> Module to Upload -> Select topposters file as .xml or .module format from your pc -> than Submit.

I tried to add this module on CMPS, I'm getting Database error.

Ok Hasann, I was able to sucessfully upload your Top Poster Module, however the "Top Posters" tab will show up on the cmps page but it does not display any value. Any ideas on how to correct this problem?

Hi there thanks for the mod, I've got it installed at running fine but im not getting users avatars showing up, just the persons user name with the word avatar. Any idea how to fix it ?

hmmm there's a problem with the module

I do not consider the post count of users when they post in certain forums. This Module shows all post count and does not exclude those posts which are not to be counted. The Query will need to be changed I guess, I will change it later and post here.

I see this mod really interesting, is it possible to have the "top thread starters" instead of top posters?

I assume that making a little modification on the query it would be possible, but I'm not a mysql experte :(

Is there a way you can show the post count that appears on "Your Profile" instead of the actual post count. I mean, when I delete an user post in my forum, his post count does not decrease, and I want that the post count not-decreased be the one that shows up at the Top Posters module.

Error message shows. Message that the file has not been registered so

I love the mod, unfortunately I can’t get it to perform quickly. It causes my CMPS to take 7-10+ seconds to load and server load from 1 user/1 page load increases from 0.7 to 4.0.

Any tips for improving performance? I have 70k users and about 5 M posts. I have the output very simple no avatars and just Top 5.
