vBA Dynamics add-on for vBSEO Sitemap
Good morning everyone,
This mod is targeted towards users of vBA Dynamics only. This add-on will add the vBA Dynamics articles URLs [SEO or not] to the vBSEO Sitemap Generator. Instructions: 1. Copy the attached file to the /[forums_path]/vbseo_sitemap/addons/ folder 2. Edit the file and change the path to your Dynamics installation [$vba_dyna_url variable] 3. Add the title of the file [vbseo_sm_dynamics] to the vBSEO Sitemap Settings page [addons] in AdminCP. 4. Re-generate the sitemap. 5. Enjoy! Notes: a. The frequency and importance settings [weekly/0.5/etc] - are part of the attached file. Please edit them to your liking for your categories/articles. b. This add-on will generate the proper links regardless if SEO for Dynamics is turned ON or OFF c. This add-on will also generate links for sub-sequent pages for all articles. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers, aproape |
.. for unknown [yet] purposes.

What specifically does it change on your vbSEO? And can it be used with cmps?

Waiting to hear if this works or not. Since there are 12 installs/64 downloads, would someone who is using it care to comment? It sounds great, but I have not had any luck getting dynamics to work well with the sitemap generator in the past. I hope this one works! K |
thank you

http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showthread.php?t=31594 See if the fix provided there by Larina is working with v3.8 on your install. We will provide a fully tested version for v3.8 once it gets Gold status. Let us know if the above works - thanks! Cheers, aproape |
Is there code to add vBSEO functionality for vBa Links Directory, so we can add vBa Links Directory URLs to our site map?
Thanks! |
Hi there imported_silkroad,
Take a look at the original thread: http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showthread.php?t=31594 I believe Larina did some posts in there on how to make it work with the Links Directory.. apparently it's only a table name change or so. We don't use the product and have no way of modifying/testing it. Cheers, aproape |
