To anyone that comes across this thread. The "Powered by vBulletin" must be shown in the footer (page version may be omitted). You are only allowed to remove it from the page title.

Thanks. Didn't modified it anyways - just wanted to know if such things like Version Number / Year need to be kept but this makes it clear. :)
