Do a search in your templates for "_blank" because most likely whoever designed your template added target="_blank" to the end of the <a href=...> tags for the forums.

Aliraqis 09-06-2008 05:23 PM

Did you mean product XML

Lynne 09-06-2008 05:31 PM

No, I mean Admin CP > Styles & Templates > Search in Templates

But, if you haven't installed the style yet, then I guess you can do a search in the xml file and modify it there.

I looked at Templates and the XML ... But I can not find anything
Note: The problem for some members.

If you have questions regarding a custom style you should post in the style thread (or site/board) from which you downloaded it. The author (and/or other users) of the custom style will be the ones best placed to provide you with assistance.

As Opserty said, it may be best to ask in the style thread about help for this. It's hard for us to trouble shoot a style we know nothing about and cannot see in action.

Good luck

Aliraqis 09-07-2008 05:51 AM

You mean that the problem was not from the Forum

SEOvB 09-07-2008 02:16 PM

Yes the problem is not the forum if only some members are experiencing it.

Lynne 09-07-2008 02:43 PM

Well, that depends, FRDS. If it is only Unregistered users, then it could be a condition gone bad. Aliraqis, can you categorize the users having the problem? Are they all in the same usergroup? Are they all using IE7? Is there something that they all have in common?

Yes, this is the problem think .. I have modified to do with Explorer at the Forum without intent

With this, making the problem of members who possess the old Explorer Release

Previously there was no problem

I would try using an html validator on you pages and see if that helps you fix the problem. http://validator.w3.org/

When you use that, it will tell you where you are having problems - which line of your source code. So, before you do that, do this: vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . This way the name of the templates will be in your source and you can find the template you need to edit.
