Join date and Last post made not showing up in profile
I upgraded to the newest VB version over this weekend and I see that now the "Last post made" and the "join date" no longer show up in the members profile. I tried to search for this problem and couldn't really find any posts of anyone else having this problem.
Can someone tell me how to fix this? |
To troubleshoot this, please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login or guest issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options.
|
Yes, the problem still remains. No join date when looking at a user profile nor is the last thread they posted to listed anymore.

Look in your memberinfo_block_statistics template, that is where that info is located.
Click the view history text. Templates may have changed in you upgrade. The info you are searching for may be there & need re added to the new template. Below is 3.7.2 default memberinfo_block_statistics template & yours should look the same, if you have upgraded. Code:
<div class="alt1 block_row"> |
Please provide a link to such a member profile and a test login if needed.

I've never done any changes to this template. It says: Quote:

Then you may have added a mod that may be interfering with it.
|
I did turn off all plugins/products and went to the basic board. But, it still didn't show up. How else would I figure out if it's a mod interferring with it?
|
Your site says its updated, but you are missing a bunch of items with upgrade or you have edited it tremendously.
|
If I missed anything, it's because it wasn't included with the download from vbulletin.com. What woudl I have edited? I have added hacks, but that's it. Would that have done it?
|
Did you revert all your templates? A lot of the new code is included in the templates and if you didn't revert them, then you will not have the new code.
|
Is this what you are talking about? In my adminCP front page, it says this in the middle box:
Out-of-Date Custom Templates Found! There are currently 9 customized template(s) that need to be updated or reverted. Some sections of vBulletin may not function if you do not do this! Click here to view these templates! **If I revert them, will it mess up the boards? |
Yes, that is what we are talking about, and yes it could mess up your boards if you just hit revert and your templates were heavily modified. What I do is test it on a test site first to see what happens. Or, you can export your style and import it with a new name and don't make that one viewable to the public. Then revert the templates in that style. You can preview it yourself by clicking on the name of the style.
