Does anybody remember?

Does anybody remember a cartoon from Looney Tunes where a Crow got a funny walking and every 3 steps it jumps, like it had hiccup? and there's a little prehistoric kid trying to hunt it all the time? but he never caught it?

I got the song on my head for a couple of days now and I don't know the name :(

Empathy is the usual word used for such event... but hey, i did not have any feeling regarding this... just searched the good keywords... "Looney Tunes characters"

iogames 08-14-2008 04:21 PM

It wasn't 'Synergy' ?

Spank 08-14-2008 04:24 PM

Well it's certainly not empathy, empathy is considering someone else's feelings.

nexialys 08-14-2008 05:51 PM

guys, i felt his feelings and found what was to please him most... it IS empathy... lol

iogames 08-15-2008 12:52 AM

Then you should know the Song name?

Ryan Ashbrook 08-15-2008 01:09 AM

No, it was a -really- long time ago... (I'm talking a good 13 - 14 years ago)

KTBleeding 08-15-2008 01:51 PM

Hah.. man, cartoons back then were so stereotypical.. But I think of them now as great classics, and often wonder why cartoons can't be as good anymore.

because Manga arised... since we have asian comics, we have no more america-central comics from Hollywood... ;(

KTBleeding 08-15-2008 05:53 PM

But Manga BLOWS!

THAT is what replaced Looney Tunes? What is wrong with you, America?

Naw, I'm joking. Not about Manga sucking, but I already know why cartoons aren't as good. Parents. Parents freak out if they now see a cat hit a mouse with a hammer. Parents freak out when a dog puts an exploding cigar in a huge talking roosters mouth and lights it. Parents freak out when a starving coyote buys something from acme and completely harms himself trying to catch a meal.

Dear Parents - Lighten up! You watched the shows when you were a kid, and I'm certain that none of you walked around smashing things with a hammer, or blowing cigars up, etc. If you would actually blame yourselves if your kid goofs up and does something bad, then we might be able to enjoy some good ol' cartoons without having to buy dvd sets.

Ironically, cartoons in the US weren't originally intended for children. Like most media back then, they where intended for all audiences. Somwhere along the way, Americans decided that if was drawn, then it must be for a child.

I remember this cartoon, it wasn't a prehistoric dude, it was a little African hunting a what looked like a Magpie. But the Magpie's step was just too cool. I remember Eddie Murphy saying this was his favorite Loony Tune back in the day. Mine was Speedy Gonzales.
