What does this MOD do:
It will show the Forums as a Directory (Sidemap). You can change the Style (listed / unlisted), if listed ordered / unordered, with Icons or not ...
Based on the index.php, so no more queries as the index needed. I removed all Hooks and changed 2 functions. There are 5 new Icons (subforum size).

Installation:
See READ.ME but it's simple.

TMS (Template Modification System):

what is(are) the benefit(s) of this Mod?

The same benefits any site gets from having a site map. One place to see where everything is, without having to navigate your way through them.

I'll use the "real" ones (if enabled). So you can see if it's a link, contains new posts eg.

And, what you see the the whole forums. I only shows you the forums structure as a directory.
There're a lot differences.

ok, I have some issues or you can say they're requests:
how to remove/hide the number of forums each category contains?
and why are subforums above main forums? how to make subforums under main forums?
another thing:
is it possible to make another icon for main forums different from subforums'?
I think it'll be better if there is an obvious difference between subforums and main forums.

in the package in the images folder there are three folders two of them (fusion_air and fusion dark) are empty and I think there is no need to include them

Um, let me sort the questions and before another question. Have you downloaded it and take a look at the READ.ME ?

After installing, vBulletin Options.
How to remove/hide the numbers: this is the "listed" Style. If so, you can change between ordered/unordered List.
Why are Subforums above the Mainforums? Set "show all" to not all. All means, that all Forums will shown.
how to make subforums under main forums? Please, explain what you mean. Normaly my english is horrible and I was wondering why ich supported in english *g
is it possible to make another icon for main forums different from subforums'? I make 5 new Icons only for the Mainforums. And yes you can change them. All new Icons called: miniforum....

No, I don't mean those numbers. I mean the number of how many forums under one category

ok, I have a forum called Sports which has many subforums some of them called: football, tennis, martial arts etc
so it should be listed in this way:
first the main forum which is Sports and under of it the subforums in this order:
Sports
-- football
-- tennis
-- martial arts
-- etc

but this mod show the subforums first then the main forum in this order
football
tennis
martial arts
Sports

so the main forum is under the subforums and I think it should be above.

that is not what I mean

I mean the main forums and subforums have the same icon which make it hard if no impossible to recognize which one is the main forum and which one is the subforum

if you can make the forums list be in this way I thin it will be better:
- Main forum 1
-- subforum 1
-- subforum 2
-- subforum 3
- Main forum 2
-- subforum1
-- subforum2
- Main forum 3
- Main forum 4

so anyone can recognize which one is the main forum and which one is the suforum
and if the icon can be different it will be much better..

OK, sorry, in forums_directory.php search for (4 times)
and remove it.

I don't knoiw why your Subforums above the Mainforums. I'll take it from the forumscache

after upgrading I think there is a problem
the subforums don't show up any more..
I've tried all the option but they still don't show up.

for the Depth Options there is:

*not all

whatever I choose of them nothing changes..

I've tested it. I build another forums-structure (same as @macc) and test it.
The subforums are avaible.

I use 2-2-3

I think, there's no chance. All informations comes from the $vbulletin->forumcache.
Or did I misunderstand your question ?

I also use 2-2-3
but still there are no subforums shown..
only after upgrading..
before upgrading the subforums were there but they were before and above main forums
now, I have the main forums, and I have the number of subforums in each main forum
but the subforums their selves are not there..

am I doing something wrong?
