A couple of suggestions. For the English version I would replace "The number of participating member must be collected before they can add photo album" with "The number of posts members must make before they can create a picture album", and "Do you want to enable hack" with "Enable".

Where can I edit the code for this:

Sorry, will not be able to add your own photo album before the completion of 5 participations

I want it to say:

Sorry, you will not be able to post album pictures until you have completed X posts.

I just need to know WHERE to edit this.. I can do it myself if I could find it!
