Description: This mod allow you to display a quick registration to quests on any page with Human Verification Manager in your forum.

Features:

• Quick Registration
• Show Welcome Message
• Display Date of Birth Verification
• Human Verification Options

Installation

1. Import product via Manage Product

ACP >> Plugins & Products >> Manage Product >> Add/Import Product

2. Edit template:
Open template navbar Add to the end of the template.

To set options:
Go to: AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Quick Register Settings

Yeh SEO is a concern. Can you make the mod detect robots and not execute for them?
That would not be guarenteed but it would help.

One thing would be to convert the text to images. Just set the message to maybe a "<img src=xxxx.jpg"> for example?

Why does the Username part of Quick Register not follow the User Registration options for character length?

So in Admin CP > Vbulletin Options > User Registration Options > Max Characters for Username > I chose 30

Why does it max at 15? Does your version still have that error, or do you (now?) give the choice for it to be changed in your settings as well?

I knocked together a quick fix for my above problem that seems to work OK

Find in the xml file
Find Add above
Change To what wording you want to appear beside the location box

So far using this hack, new registrations seem to be increasing :up:

No Sir, this mod used Human Verification on VBB 3.7.x, but 3.6.x have only Image Verification Options

Whatever happened to the 3.6 version that we got from this site?

Couldn't I just turn off the Human Verification Option and have it still work?

i followed the install instructions and all i get is the code tags showing at the top of the navbar :s ?

ok got it working now by using the code from this thread. the code in the text file is wrong :s

btw you need to make the code valid. i get 24 errors show with w3c validtor and an warning error in IE7 other than that im sure this hack will be great

I am getting a syntax error on both of my sites -- different servers:

and

The image verification shows a blank box for the answer to a question but no question

Im also using no spam mod -the no spam answer box is there but no question -

It should show the recaptcha box And the no spam box but the recaptcha doesnt show and the no spam doenst show the question - just the answer box

There exists a problem the the location profile are is not a text box. Multiple Dropdown menu? What Should i do ?

When you do it it says all the fiels are missing which you use in the normal registration???

Can you not just tell me the change you made in the file, it's probably numerical and I can apply it to the version we use?
