Clean simple Admincp style

The package also includes a cp_logo.psd so you can use your own logo. You can redistrubute , modify the style as long as you keep a link to vBTech on your release page.

Update on 28 May :

I updated backgroud color for Settings Sub Header for an easier navigation inside vB Settings.

In order to upate download controlpanel-update.zip file , unzip it and replace it with the current css file located inside cpstyles/vbtech/ folder

I am probably doing something wrong (though I'm not sure how since this isn't difficult), but I can't get the style to show up in the options so I can select it. I've uploaded it to the cpstyles folder but it still isn't working.

The picture shows "Admin Panel"
My moderators got confused and thought they were in the admin panel.
