Scores won't save?
 

Hi I don't know if I've set this up correctly but the score doesn't save for everyone. Some people paly the games and it's fine and then others play and at the end of the game it says sending information and then jsut goes back to the homepage without saving. has anyone else experieced this?

I have the same problem. After playing a game I'm taken directly to index.php and no score is saved. I'm using vB 3.7.0, vBa 3.0.1 and ibProArcade v2.6.7+.

It is this function that doesn't work: "index.php?act=Arcade&do=newscore"

index.php for me is the cpms_index.php that is renamed, and the original index.php now is forum.php. This is a quite common setup with vBa. Maybe that's the problem. Do you have the same setup Jon4444?

High scores only work on certain games for me. I think just the games that came with the mod. The other games that I aquired do not keep score. Any suggestions???

im having the same problem as almera with the same exact setup anyone ? except when mines gets done it takes me back to my forums but that doesnt matter its the score problem i need fixed.

I've the same problem as Almera as well, does anyone know how to fix that yet?

Well I have followed those instructions and it didn't help. Arcade tries to store my scores through "index.php?act=Arcade&do=newscore".

I've found the problem. The instructions in AdminCP -> Arcade -> Information tells me to edit the forum.php file, while it should be index.php. Works now.

if it still says "forum.php" your /admincp/arcade.php is not up-to-date ...

Well, it is 2.6.7a+ - the only version I've ever had of arcade, and I don't know where to find anything newer.

will re-check this, anyway: always (!) edit index.php

I have the same problem, some games the score, I have installed version 2.6.7+, but in the panel admin ->Arcade->Information it is written that I have version 2.6.6+.

How never visualizes me one different version?
How never after po of time games nn they record the score?

We added the code in index.php and forum_index.php (to be safe) per instructions in Information (in the AdminCP) but no joy.

Any ideas?

Working now. After updating the php files, we logged out, closed the browser and logged in again... scores are working.
