iTrader Stats in Profile Tabs
 

This ultra simple mini add-on will add iTrader stats in a tab inside your users' profiles. The fantastic iTrader is still the only solution for an eBay like feedback system in vBulletin, and we are still using it in many clients' websites, sometimes modified to work with other integrations.

When installed, it will add two settings to your vBulletin ACP - iTrader Settings Menu to let you activate the feedback tab and choose where you want the new tab to appear.

Installation
The add-on requires just an XML import. No file edits or template edits, unless you want to customize the position of the feedback tab further. Remember to enable the display in profile using the new option added in your ACP's iTrader settings.

Thanks! I have edited the post to underline this. In general I always prefer to have our add-ons turned off by default, even though I admit this is such a minor addition that it won't make a big difference.

Hey, you should see a Profile Stats Position setting we added in the iTrader Settings menu, in the ACP, at the end of the list. You can select "left" or "right" for the position.

We are not experiencing that issue in any of our clients' websites. It must necessarily be some other add-on you have installed. Maybe you installed an add-on not working correctly with vB 3.7, I have seen that error in other clients' boards when they were using vB 3.6 and 3.5 add-ons in vB 3.7; it is caused by a code change in vB occurred in one of the 3.7 Beta releases. Needless to ask, but just in case: are you running 3.7 Gold?

question - Will itrader still work perfectly on 3.7?

I am running a trading site, and I didn't want to upgrade if it doesnt work.

I posted some code change you will need in the iTrader thread.

Follow the guidelines in the thread. Most of our clients have actually a heavy modified version of the system we integrated in other scripts, but indication in the iTrader page should be more than enough to get you going.

for me it doesn't work on a fresh vBulletin with the latest itrader version!

I just don't see any change in the member profile. Any idea?

After the install, make sure you go to your Admin CP > vBulletin Options > iTrader Settings. Turn it on and select which side you want the new "Feedback" tab to show up (left or right). The default after install is to not have the mod activated....you have to go and turn it on.

Hi I installed on www.britmovie.net/forum
In vbulletin options the pull down list has a ghosted, no text, space. When clicked upon it brings the options page up. When activated it gives a white page with my custom and even the default template. As this is perfect for my site I'd be greatful for any ideas?

Awesome thanks! I just downloaded iTrader and installed for the first time. I almost removed it because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of editing templates and having to check them over and over with the schedule release system now at Vbulletin. This mod made the difference and I'll let the users decide now lol.

And my question is:

I have a forum in Spanish and I would like to be able to modify the tab feedback that comes in the profile for "assessment"

He changed phrases templates and looked in the archives. Php but can not modify Does where you can modify this?
