Thanks for the comments. I have several more themes coming. Just trying to get these recoded from the 3.6 series over to 3.7. Hopefully when done I can make a few more. Anyhow, enjoy!

Mark, thanks for the update. Once the 3.7 is officially released I will be upgrading my forum and then upgrading the theme.

I've enjoyed smoothred so much that I log into vB.org weekly to check for releases. Great job.

I get an error that this d/l is not the correct version for 3.7 rc4. It says it is for 3.7 rc1

Thank you, I've changed the settings to show this is for RC1, however if you select ignore style version during upload, it will work just fine. When vb goes Gold next week, I will check and make the nessecary updates, if any are required. I don't believe there will be any code changes with the templates modified in this style that will not allow it to work error free on 3.7 Gold.

Updated to 3.7 RC4 and, for those that requested it, there is a no side column version included in the zip file.

Also by request, if you want to remove the 468x60 banner ad in the header, edit the header template, and find the code below:

Hi Mark,

I was trying to delete a thread when using your skin and i get a strange error message:

"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error"

If i change the skin to the default VBulletin skin or a different skin i hve in the server i am able tp delete the threads. (See Screenshot)

I am unable to duplicate this error on my stock vbulletin forum. If you would like me to have a look at your forum, you are welcome to send me a pm with a temp admin login. I would be happy to correct the issue if it is within the style, however if I can't duplicate it from my side on my forum, I'm lost as to the cause of the error.

thanks for nice style. have one question.. in my default template i have some customs templates (all is to cmps ver 3.0. 1) and how to get them in your style ? must i manually add new template (about 30 templates) or is there any auto process?

You can try making any additional templates child styles of your default, but I think you will end up having problems if you do that. I believe you are going to have to manually add new templates to your new styles.

Great themes, Mark!

One small issue here. Both "collapse_tcat" and "collapse_tcat_collapsed" images are the same - a plus sign. Typically, the first one would be a minus.

Hm, I thought it had them. I'll have a looksee and get those images in the package, and also post them here. Thanks for the notice. I coded 4 skins in two days so it's possible I packaged a old image directory... who knows. I'll get them up asap.

Where would I go to change the skin into a static width. I tried changing the 100% main table width but that didn't help. Is there anywhere else I should check? Would like to make the white background area about 980 px

Also just noticed that it doesnt round the corners in CMPS and would like to have it look like that. What do I need to change to make the corners round like the side bar in the forum index?

Changing the width in StyleVars to 980 will set this to a static width of 980 px. DO NOT include px in this setting. Just enter 980 and save. As for the corners in your CMPS, that would require custom coding of the CMPS block templates, since they probably use tcat / thead css, which is not rounded.

Please elaborate. What "new" features are you refering to? The member profiles in 3.7 with this theme are just like the stock vb theme. Not sure what you mean.

If you have installed this theme on 3.7 GOLD, you will be happy to know there are not code changes in the templates, therefore you do not have to upgrade this style. I will be uploading new packages for all my styles momentarily.

The style is missing an image: smoothred/misc/userfield_edit.gif

It is needed when you view your own profile.

All styles say what they are "fluid / fixed" in my first post. This style is fluid, however you can change the width via StyleVars width setting.

Never noticed that. This skin has been out for two years or so, thiers was released around may of 07... but yes, very similar.

Kudos to you sir, this is a very sweet skin. I've had far more problems with a variety of commercial skins over the years.

The only thing so far that I can suggest is do something about the postcount and threadcount variables in the forumhome_forumbit_level2_nopost template. They are displayed in columns, which ruin the layout when you go a few forums deep under certain conditions.
