About this hack:

This hack is targeted to Muslims communities. And I hope it will help administrators in adding Islamic content - with little work - to their forum.

The main problem to get something similar to this hack - from administrators point of view - as it is a time consuming. As dividing the Quran by verses so one verse will be displayed at a time is taking a lot of time.

In short this hack will display the quran chapter each verse at a time. The forum user can select the chapter he want to be displayed. On the other hand the administrator can choose the starting chapter and verse range to be displayed.

I also added some mortal and mojawad recitations of the quran to the hack to satisfy a wider range of people.






Features:

• Uses vBulletin easy Product installer/updater/uninstaller
• Each verse will be displayed at a time for all chapters of the Quran.
• It supports 13 languages they are: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Finish, Albanian, Chinese, Japanese, Hausa, Arabic,Turkish and Russian language.
• The administrator can select the hack language that is appropriate for his forum.
• The administrator can choose the starting chapter and range of verses to be shown.
• The administrator can show/hide the help icon.
• The administrator can choose the hack location: Below header/Below navbar/Above footer/free.
• The administrator can set the hack background color, border color, border size and hack width.
• User's can select the chapter they want.
• User's can move verse back and fourth easily.
• Longer verse will be displayed by hovering the mouse over them.
• Places an easy to use drop-down list of the recitations.

Installations:

1. download the product.
2. Unzip it.
3. Import XML file (as a product): AdminCP > Plugin System > Manage Products > [Add/Import Product].
4. If you choose free as hack location you need to place $islamic_multilingual in the template you want.

History:

v1.00 : First Release for vb 3.6 and 3.7.
v1.01 : Minor bug fixed with Turkish and Russian language were added.
v1.02 : IE6 elements order bug has been overcome by hiding the dropdown list when verse box popup

I downloaded it but i can't use it. That is because some verses are combined in one line and I can't separate them.

The Turkish language will be added in the next update.

There are several Urdu translations of Quran available on http://www.openburhan.net/. Can you provide a guideline for adding translations.

Although I installed it. But I would highly appreciate to have it hosted on my own website.

Currently everything seems hardcoded and every click takes member away.

Would be nice to have it in a way that a user can customize it.
