can u not make it so it takes the thread title to find the info.
SO if my thread title was called Knight Rider then in thethread it would post knight rider info etc.Obviously this would have to be set for one section as could not be used board wise.
Good hack though

works fine on 3.6.8 but i get an editor pic and not the actual pic of the film i want the review for.
There is no setting for this is there as i cant find any ?

Yes but are there other "bbcodes" that actually scrape content from IMDB and post it on users forums?

This should be pulled ASAP and not installed. If you keep hitting their servers to pull content, you'll soon be detected and have to deal with legal problems.

IMDB has a licensing business if you want to use their content you pay for it.

Sad really because the hack does look good and the idea is decent. Maybe you can build something around Wikipedia instead?
