A new skin deisgned for vBulletin 3.7.0 RC1

Installation
Upload dark folder to forum directory via ftp

Import xml file from AdminCP >> Styles & Templates >> Download / Upload Styles click Browse button and show xml file.

You should remove the left side column advertisement as well as give directions on how to remove the javascripted announcements a the top.

Also I moved the location to .../images/dark/ As this keeps all the styles in 1 location.

Need to figure out how to now move the announcements from the footer area back to the header section.
