Having Problem In Installing The Game
 

HELLO I M HAVING PROBLEM IN INSTALLING THE GAME

I M USING

ibProArcade v2.6.2+

AND CAN NOT upgrade it to 2.6.6+ due to to some problems

can any one help me how can i upload the game thanks

Make sure you have done all the chmods you were told to do in the installation instructions.

well i just upload .tar game in /public_html/forum/arcade/tar folder as told then went in admincp arcade game "add game" and click on install and i m having this error i have given chmods to 0777 but still having the same problem can u tell me where i m doing wrong thans

You have to chmod more than one folder to 777. Have you done all that are required?

yeah i have done that given permission to all arcade and its sub folders. but still getting the same error

THIS IS FULL ERROR ABOVE . but before this it was saying give CHMD 0777 VIA FTP . if the tar file is not correct i just played it on other forum from where i have downloaded it

That's what I did yesterday, and several problems magically disappeared, but this one didn't. I'm getting this error:

Repeated a few times. When I go to check the game settings in game list, there is a yellow exclamation point there.

Now, I can't say this is actually causing a problem because most of the games work fine for me. Many of my users were having trouble saving high scores, but that was resolved with the upgrade.

I just wanted to see what I could find out.

I am having this same problem.. and i installed it today, version 2.6.6 and my members cant save high scores to the games with this error?

Look in your gamedata folder and see if some of the ones that won't score have poofed. Sounds like a problem I encountered with v32 games. If they have poofed, extract them manually and add one at a time. Then make a backup gamedata folder. My best suggestion...drawing on my own experience.

Also...instead of 000000 as game background color, change to only 000. The yellow exclamation never goes away LOL. It should not hurt anything though...

the background-color bug is fixed in next release

Everytime I try and install a game I get the error "ZIP is not compatible. Install Failed"

I have this problem on ALL zips that I try to install from the AdminCP panel for arcade.

When I first installed the Arcade system it would let me install games. I also noticed some of the games show up twice in the arcade game menu???

Also, I downloaded games from the pnflashgames website and chose the PHPNuke format but still get the above error when I try to install them using the zip option in Arcade add game option.

about PNflashgmes: read enclosed instructions in the archive.

ZIP-Installer is for v3arcade-games ...

I get this error with the latest arcade version, all folders 777.

Any fix?
