I can count on both hands the number of Violations this person has commited that would warrent his account being banned, license suspended and his webhosting yanked. Whether or not the copyright owners of these products actually act in a just and swift manner - that is up in the air.

Not to mention adding another BLUE style .. egad, enough already !
