Deutsch: Was macht dieses Add-on?
  • Es erlaubt den Forenbenutzern und G?sten Nachrichten zu hinterlassen. Erlaubte Benutzergruppen einstellbar.
  • Grafische Sicherheits?berpr?fung einstellbar
  • Moderation Ja oder Nein
  • Links im G?stebuch als Button oder Textlinks
  • G?stebuch ein- und ausschaltbar (dann nur f?r Admin sichtbar, bzw. f?r eingestellte Benutzergruppen)

Installation:
  • Lade das Add-on unter den obigen Link herunter.
  • Importiere die beiliegend Files in die entsprechenden Ordner
  • Importiere die product-guestbook.xml im ACP

  • Enable or Disable Guestbook System
  • Allow Usergroups to View Disabled Guestbook System

Guestbook Permissions:

Tested on:
  • vBulletin 3.7.x

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

upload the files into your forum folder
and just import the product-guestbook.xml.

I've installed v 2.0 and I am getting a db error when I try to enter a guestbook entry

Yes I know that its not there but shouldn't your product install the tables?
It would be nice if you could use the english field names in future instead of the turkish
one cause not everyone understands this and it makes life more easier while working in the db

Ok I found the error. I am using a db prefix and the table was installed correctly with prefix_guestbook.
Your INSERT command is missing the prefix option :-)

can you upload the new version as new 2.0.1 zip file?
I have problems with reuploading the files, its still showing the old INSERT command.
In guestbook.php on line 385 its still saying "INSERT INTO `guestbook` " and missing the prefix.

3. In the product .xml File you've forgotten one phrase

I had a database error as well but I uninstalled the previous version of Guest book...and reinstalled the new one and it works perfectly.

I have one suggestion. On the messages that require modification, could an email notification be added?

yes it will works on vB 3.6.8 :)
but Guestbook Human Verification will doesn't work on vB 3.6.8
you must disable this feature on vB 3.6.8 ;)

I think I found a bug.. :) (or is that a feature) but I get an invalid syntax sql error when trying to submit an entry with a note that has, commas, semi-colons, etc embedded in it. I did a test with and without them and it submitted fine without them. It doesn't look like they are being escaped properly.
