Usergroups Usernames in Forumdisplay Highlighting
 

Description:

This mini Add-On will showing the Usergroups Username HTML Markup in
FORUMHOME
FORUMDISPLAY
SUBFORUMS

Installation:

1. step: upload the hooks_username_html_markup.xml file to your forumroot/includes/xml folder


2. step: find in forumroot/includes/functions_forumlist.php file this code

than add below this code

Save and reupload.

3. step:

And at least import the product-username_html_markup.xml product file via admincp -> product manager -> import/export products

Tested on:

• vBulletin 3.7.x
• vBulletin 3.8.x

from reading the xml it looks like it displays the username with the html tags like how you can set it to show admins as red and bold and then in WOL the admin name is like this. I think thats what it does but for forum display... could be wrong tho lol

Edit: Yep! I was right, it makes it look like musername, this is actually a very cool mod, perhaps a better description is needed.

hasann, 'i've found a little glitch ... it doesn't colorize the nick below the Announces ... check the shot attached ... :)

members cannot access peoples profiles by clicking there names any more
