clan management system
 

i was looking on the forums a few weeks ago for a product that will allow me to manage my clan but was unable to find anything to work noticed quite a few people are also looking for something similar.

So i decided i would see what i could make i have attached a few screen shot below for people to look at but just wondering what other features other people migth want to see with this product so please post any feature that i haven't already got or planning and i will do my best to add them in on the release which will hopefully be by the end of the month

Features so far

• multiple squads
• custom ranking titles eg (squad leader,trainee ect)
• join request form
  [-]new thread created for each request and leaders/admins can accept decline
• pm sent on accept or decline
• custom games add as many games you need to
• each squad can have it's own group

thats all i got for now will add loads more in the future

remember it is only a test server not everything is working as it should would like to hear what you guys think of it thought

Are the join requests public? Perhaps making them only visible to that specific group leader if possible. I know personally public join requests can cause drama in clans/guilds.

Are you able to make custom fields for certain groups? For example if my Clan/Guild has some requirements to fill in, can a potential recruit add their info to the join form?

Is there any form of Match reporting system?

Is this script intended for groups or can you also have it set for individuals? One vs One Ladders ect.

Can you implement a bulletin board for example that could be shown on the main forum page or website page, listing groups looking for specific kinds of players? A recruiting board?

I think this has a ton of promise loneranger, keep it up~ =)

well thanks for you inout blackxram you get set the forum premissions as normal so maybe only that clan group can see, it will be that only the clan leader or admin can accept requests. i will add that recuriting board as i think that is a good idea there is a match report system built in not 100% complete yet as for the 1vs1 ladder it could be possible to do still trying to get the basics together and working correctly so that there is not to many promblems when i release also it is multi clan and any user can join multiple clans not just one

Secondly i just want to ask could you intergrate a clan roster into this...
Roster header below.

no there is a roster page already but i fogot to add age will add that field

It would be nice to have different squads and different games. A warplaner would be cool also.

several things like that you can add in your self too so that would give us something to do after we get this awsome script :)

yeah i am hoping to get a beta script out by the end of the month but really depends on how much time i get and any problems i run into

this is awesome! I know a bunch of Idea's for this...

- an option to put the users clan tag in front of their username on the forum (so were it says GlitchersCorner it will say [TAG] GlitchersCorner when I post

- Clan can create their own personal profile

Man I could really use this. How about adding there clan tag automatically in front of there name.
