vb REFERRER
 

This add-on is based on adamgessel's vB REFERRER 1.0
It does absolutely the same but no need to edit templates.

This will add a link to the UserCP that tells every user what his/her reffering link is so that they can invite friends. This hack is very simple.

Go to Plugins & Products >> Download >> Upload Plugins >> Import Plugin Definitions XML File

this is only referrer link.
That means u can copy this link and post it in other sites (forums).
When someone click on that posted link and will be invited to register in your forum.
After sucessul registration u'll get 1 referral point. (can see this in your info).

Thanks, hopefully this will work for 3.7 as well.

Also, it would be awesome if you had options of displaying this in other sections of the site, would be cool to display it in the side bar of my forums for example in a little box.

I just applied it to my 3.6.4 board and it made no change to the UserCP. Yes, I did it correctly.

Hi everyone. Was wondering if anyone had a chance to test this with 3.7?

I have it installed now on my 3.6.9 and no problems at all but just want to get my site 3.7 ready.

It should work fine but there is a 3.7 version that has the referral count in it also. ;)

Very nice I'll be sure to check out the newest version.

And for the record, it's working fine on my 3.7 rc3.
