Thank you for the button set. Where to I get the matching multiquote and quick reply buttons? Seems to be missing those.

You should release the PSDs because there are other buttons which you don't have in the set. :\

where to add the button

I'm not sure what you mean, but if you are referring to where you install these buttons, you need to upload them to the /images/buttons/ folder of the theme your using. Make sure to backup your old buttons though before uploading.
