Hide administrator post count
 

Hello,

I've searched the forum on a way to hide to administrator post count, or how to change it to any text but didn't found a solution.
Probably I've didn't look good. If anyone can help me, please send me your suggestion.

Add this to your postbit(_legacy) template, between the posts code:

Change "1" with your admin ID.

If you want it for mode ids:

Change 1,2,3 with the IDs.

This worked well. But when I try it for several users, like in your example :
the template editor gives an error :

This is likely caused by a malformed conditional statement. It is highly recommended that you fix this error before continuing, but you may continue as-is if you wish.

I think it something with the first comma, could it be?

Yup you need to make the numbers into an array for it to work, what you posted is correct.

Thats because you've posted as though asking for help with vb3 and that postbit is from vb4!
Here's the line you wantand wrap it like this

Back to business now. I don't know what you mean by wrap. I've tried changing

but obviously that's wrong as it doesn't work. I don't do many edit templates.... which may be a good thing. Could you please tell me in a little more detail? Cheers for your help.

Errrrm, sorry my bad, it's a typo with the </vb:if>, it should look like this

It said there was an error with no closing tag with the original changes.

I've changed that now to the code you posted above and it's worked............. but it now says 'Posts ??' and I wanted that line out all together no posts or ??. Is that possible.

Not a major problem if that isn't possible and thanks for your help, I've been trying to do this for months now!

yep, just remove the ?? from the code, you can put whatever text you want there :)
