A great deal of many people care about the visual appearance of any community no matter how significant even 1 icon/image is. The difference between not caring and caring about any given area/image makes all the difference between something that looks visually appealing and functioning at peak performance to something that looks only mediocre.

@Dream (my own personal opinion) I'm sure atleast one of those icons are used by IPB and to be honest, I think these are poor examples of pixalated emoticons. The other pixel orientated emoticons used before on this forum were better imo.

I agree that this place needs more smilies. I personally also think it needs the smilies back people are saying existed, because I often come across code for smilies visible in posts when browsing old modifications (was there a dancing banana smily? I see code for that a lot).

Don't see why they ever removed smilies personally.
