Would be good to have an option to exclude certain forums from it though. |

Who wants to read bug reports :) - no that lucky are they |

Before would break the code for the previous cell. This addon definately works on IE7 for me and on Firefox for many members of my community who love it, but like me would much prefer to have it not include certain forum sections. Question - This addon won't go showing up threads for private forums or for places users don't have permission to view, right? If it does that would seriously need addressing and quickly for the addon to remain useful. |
does this take care of forum permissions and even user/group-permissions to certain forums ? It would be bad to be randomly linked to a thread in the internal moderator forum and result in a "no permission" page ;)

Great! Installed.

Installed, but I keep getting a database error:
Invalid SQL: SELECT thread.threadid, thread.dateline, thread.visible FROM vbthread WHERE NOT ISNULL(thread.threadid) AND thread.visible = '1' ORDER BY RAND() LIMIT 1; MySQL Error : Unknown column 'thread.threadid' in 'field list' Error Number : 1054 |
i get pretty much the same...

I concur. Does this stop from posting certain threads. Cause I have some moderator only forums. |
I have disabled this on my forum until someone can answer that very question.

In my 3.6.3 version it's raising an error that '...table thread does not exist...', which is true: I've addedd manually the table prefix in line 78 and it'working like a charm....as always with mods of Atakan.
