Paypal alternatives
 

Does anybody know of any Paypal alternatives to send and receive payment over the internet.
And to turn this more into a discussion, have you had any bad (or maybe even good) experiences with paypal or alternatives.

I've had mainly bad experiences with Paypal, but a couple of months ago an amount of unexplained money came onto my account, wasn't in the logs or anything. Strange but good xD!

I've been doing business with Paypal for over 5 years with 1000's of transactions and I have no complaints at all. There is, however, 2CO or Moneybookers to look into. I also use Moneybookers.

There also is the Amazon Honor System.

I had to find an alternative to PayPal after they blacklisted me. I had a site where I was accepting donations and I had images up for a contest a radio show was having for girls with the nicest breasts. They accused me of taking payments for a porn site and I have been blacklisted since.

you will find a list of all the compatible APIs that are actually freely available for vBulletin... and you can find some extra ones created by Hambil in the last months, distributed here on vb.org.

For this I setup my Paypal & MoneyBookers accounts :P

get a traditional merchant account. www.bestmerchantrates.com will give you 1% and free authorize.net. i have a mod (not distributed here) that implements the auth.net payment form within vB instead of the crappy default payment form on auth.net

i dont release my mods here.. i haven't for 3 years.

just use PayQuicker. They are free to setup cheap to use higher monthly limit than any other platform out there that I am aware of and your money is safe it the account because it sits in an FDIC insured bank account that you have full control of. www.payquicker.com:):)

The only thing I wonder about is whether you would lose any people donating or buying because they may not trust the other transaction software. Paypal seems to be a company most people know and trust as well as Amazon. I've never had any problems with Paypal although there fees can be a little high compared to merchant accounts. I never read about any other alternatives on internet marketing blogs.

I need gateway pay adult, anyone?
