With this hack only selected users groups can see the who's online list. Others can't. This hack uses forumhome, forumdisplay and showthread.

install

Go to your admin cp, then:
Plugin System -> Manage Products -> [Add/Import Product] -> Select 'product-selectonly.xml' from your computer then press 'Import'

I've Tried it on My Forums, But...

Once Installed, it Interferes with the List Of Members Currently Logged In (There's a Hack of Cybernetec that Shows "Active Users On The Last X Hours", and that Gets Disabled, Think Because This Hack Disables the Details Of Users On Line!! :(

Also Who's Online is Accesible Via Copy/Paste of the Who's On Line Link, (I've tried it an got surprised that I Got Access to Who's In Line with a Test Registered User Account)!! :(

I think is Better To Re-Structure This Hack To:

- Not To Show The Link to Who's On Line.
- Allow Users to See What's Happening (Users On Line) On The Forums (List Of Forumers Currently Logged In), (but Not Show Who's On Line Link on What's Happening).
- Restrict Access To Who's On Line Address To Not Autorized Usergroups, byPresenting an Error Message telling the User that Don't Have Enough Privileges to Access That Information.

The Idea Is Great Atakan, I Hope This Message Can Provide Some Fresh Ideas For a Great Update of this Hack!! ;)

Nice with 3.8.4

I had a problem with this mod: I can not see users ... I had to disable it and the users appeared. Then, it was uninstall. :(
