Shows potential. With a little refinement could be an awesome style for someone wanting to be a little different.

PoetJA-1975 08-14-2007 02:08 AM

Wow! this style is just lovely.
I would like to see a live demo if possible please.
ALSO in the screencaps - the newthread/newreply templates seems the paper motif is repeated twice - Anyway to no repeat?

At anyrate - a very lovely style
Thanx very much for the sharing!

Jacquii.

I have an area on my forum that could use this style if only it used something different for the post icons., the smilies don't really fit the style, could you make new icons using say, beer glasses, pistols or similar ?

csavern 08-14-2007 10:04 AM

yes at work at the moment as soon as i get home will make some new stuff
i should have worked on this style a little more before i released..

The non-repeating background is a big improvement. Good job.

csavern 08-14-2007 07:38 PM

this is first one so i am sure there is little things needing to be done but will have it all worked out good soon

Triky 08-15-2007 11:23 AM

I quote Wayne Luke. It's a really nice style, but it could be a great style if you refine it more. :)

chatpalace24 08-15-2007 03:13 PM

An awesome looking skin, it's not one I could use - but wanted to give you kudos for it anyway... gr8 job :)

NuclioN 09-04-2007 06:29 AM

Nice skin :) Can you tell me how to replace the forumtitles into gifs? I've never seen that before.

csavern 09-04-2007 11:46 AM

Sure make the picture to say what ever you want it to say
save it as any format you like
upload to your server
log in to your admincp
go to forum and moderators
forum manager
click on the forum you want to picture title to be
on title section use this code
<IMG SRC=http://www.yoursite.com/folder-you-put-your-image-in/announcement.gif BORDER = 0></a>

NuclioN 09-04-2007 07:26 PM

Tnx, i'll give it a try :)

kurtbarker21 09-04-2007 09:24 PM

Hey mate, this looks like a really good style.

Are you still using the smilies for 'new posts'? I agreed with one of the other posters if you could use beer glasses or pistols, could suit the theme better.

Is there any thought to update this?

Thanks,
Kurt

csavern 09-06-2007 11:43 AM

Over all It's a pretty good style!
I had allot of adjusting and tweaks to do though.
Especially with the PHPportals installed.

will this style be updated for 3.7.2?

love it, hope so

Max Taxable 07-26-2011 02:06 PM

Had to do alot of work on this one to make it fly on a 3.8.7, but it was exactly what we needed for one of the dedicated forums we have.

Thanks!
