There's another mod like this out there. I know, it's installed on my forums...

I understand this is some kind of Warcraft BBCode mod, but what exactly does it do? Sorry to sound so dense but I haven't a clue.

It's supposed to link your link to The Armory, and when you either hover or click the link a full description of the WoW item shows up.

Brezeer I just installed it on two boards and its showing up,,, check install instructions again.

It was on one of my clients sites and didn't C it here, so reproduced it 4 the Clans...

Simple and works in all areas of vBull...

one question tho, is there a way to show the link using the color that the item is (his rarity)? cause everything shows up violet :/ (or i did something wrong?)

i see in the .css there is a rarity fuction but i don't see it working... :/

i checked where i uploaded them and there are in correct place, the problem is that i see everything in purple color (ie. the Schematic: Stabilized Eternium Scope i still see it in purple :/ instead of blue...)

is there a proper solution?

On BBcode i enter i see that from default is set to rarity4 (aka purple color) might be a problem there?

This gave me a "File has moved here" popup when I rolled over my bbcode when I just installed it.

Thats caused by the armory URL moving in the past few weeks. To fix the problem edit the wowheads_tooltip.php file and change the two cases of armory.worldofwarcraft.com to www.wowarmory.com. Leave the text after the .com alone.

Rarity still needs to be fixed though. The tag is currently hardcoded in the BBcode to rarity4 which sets everything to purple. Setting it to rarity5 sets everything to orange. Need some kind of variable there.

ich have a little problem with the ajax bbcode , cause it shows me the tooltip but its black and show nothing for the item.I had doing all like in instruction , but its not working.

CLB i forgot about this mod and moved on,,, but if time permits I shall investigate further...

I believe another poster had the remedy for that,,, check earlier post and make changes 2 CSS file as needed...

look to your ajax demo, it doesnt work .

Badbaron I fixed the WoW2 bbcode...

It was a missing a file and path issues,,, make sure when linking 2 folders that path is correct... Check Demo link again ;)

Got another WoW BBcode from a client and will share it soon,,, testing now... :up:

I would like to see this addon to show all items in german and I have problems with socket items. The sockets are black (empty) but should be coloured.
