Fix XHTML templates with XMLNS information

Description

With this mod, you can fix the error you can see if you trying to verify your forum with the W3C Validator.

It doesn't edit template cache for any official add-ons or modifications you have installed in your forums!

If you using vB Advanced, Project Tools or Blog (even in Beta), it edits all necessary templates :)

This mod will works for all past, present and future versions of vBulletin, this will be fixed for vB 3.7.x branch (see http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/proje...=all#note46673).

Installation

Time: 1 minute
vB version: 3.6.0 to 3.6.x (it will be fixed in 3.7 branch).

Instructions

Import the product file. This file contains a lot of templates cache edit:

- vBulletin:
- 59 templates

- vB Advanced:
- 1 template

- vBulletin Project Tools
- 17 templates

- vBulletin Blog
- 3 templates

I'll see that in some hours (must to sleep ^^), I've never used vBAdvanced ;)

Sorry, but I don't really understand what this does.

It fixes the issue by edit the template cache of 59 vBulletin default templates, replacing <html by <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"

It works for every style you can have/download/buy (the <html tag must to be present, or it's not an HTML page).

For this, this is due to the use of GENERIC_SHELL template which you have the $HTML var.

Two solutions for me for version 1.0.3:

Remove the edition of the GENERIC_SHELL template
Use an other replacement variable especially for this template (like search for '<html id="' (the html tag in this template has a value like 'moooo' - the dev who have implemented that have some humours :p).
