You need to explain WHAT this does. Its great that you claim it increases the speed by about 70%, but you are not offering anyone anything beyond that. HOW does it increase the speed? What exactly is this file doing that allows it to increase the spped by that much?

It doesn't make anything faster, its a trick to make things APPEAR to be faster by using content=BlendTrans(Duration=0). Been done before. The mod description is misleading at best.

I honestly didn't notice a difference on my test site.

it appears its just doing a template edit, using meta tags, to make it appear your site is running faster, but in reality its still the same speed.

I highly doubt this will work...

I've seen a couple of mods by Burach recently and it's been hilarious trying to understand what the mods do and his responses.
He's trying to be helpful but it's hard for the rest of us to follow.

this hack doesn't do anything to optimize the site

It only adds some meta tags that MSIE accepts to perform page transitions.
this results in MSIE loading the new page in the background completely and then switch to the new page.

Browser tweak and not an actual modification. Moved to articles.
