Is it possible to downgrade to v2.6.1?
 

Still no luck in figuring out this. Does anyone know if it's possible to downgrade to the previous version? Are the old files available anywhere?

I tried uploading JUST my old arcade.php file, but that didn't fix it. I'm guessing the error is somewhere in the xml, so I'd like to reimport the last version and at least get my arcade back online...

Man, be patient until be meet online (I am at office now and leave, but maybe we'll meet later) and I get access to your site, I am sure this can be fixed :)

the problem could not be in the XML, maybe you try to enable the FIXSTYLE-feature ;)

open arcade.php and set the $FIXSTYLE to 1 ...

Changing the FIXSTYLE to 1 was one of the first things I tried after researching this. Didn't work. I'll mess with it again, but hopefully we can get it resolved later today.

problem fixed, it was the ARCADE Template that needed to be overwritten again :)

What needed to be change in that template, and why idn't the upgrade take care of it?

Just as Mr. Zeropage said above, the ARCADE template needed overwritten again. Just like some .php files during upgrades need uploaded at least twice before they successfully overwrite the previoius file.

If that means to run the XML again, I did that and nothing changed.

Yes, I just did that AGAIN, and it's still a blank page.

As Mr Zero said the ARCADE template needs to be overwritten. REVERT the template.

Just to clarify, selecting "Overwrite" in the product import does not overwrite the actual template, that needs to be reverted manually afterwards.

Sorry, can´t get it to work. Everything works fine except the arcade main page and the high scores. Opened the Arcade template within my style and saved it - nothing changed. Would there be a fix? Or can somebody explain step by step what I have to do?
FIXSTYLE = 1 didn´t help either.

I might just uninstall the arcade because users have to Log Out and open IE to be able to play games. Otherwise it's a white page.

I have made the downgrade (uploaded the old files) and now I´m waiting for the next version. Maybe it will work than.

Sorry, but it won´t. Just upgraded to 2.6.3 and still getting the white page.
So I downgraded again.

manually update the ARCADE template and it will work ...
